We are looking for a Senior Contract Manager with strong experience in the complex management and negotiation of Financial Services and Information Technology contracts (gained preferably in a large international group) to be appointed as Senior Contract Manager.
The Senior Contract Manager is a Key player in the account governance, participating in meetings as a trustful advisor to the business teams, and managing compliance with contractual obligations protecting our interests and supporting business strategy decisions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
The Senior CM works closely with the account and delivery teams and support functions. The job main responsibilities are as follows:
Being a proactive member of our delivery team, advising and collaborating with the delivery managers and account team as well as other team members in the contract execution in order to protect our interests
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Leading of complex contract negotiations
Maintaining a deep understanding of all projects and contracts in order to mitigate risks and prevent penalties
Very strong commercial acumen and in operational issues as well as basic technical understanding paired with a corresponding ability to abstract
Participating in negotiations, strategy definition and meetings with the customer at C-level
Identifying, assessing and managing risk-related areas in the contract execution and supporting rigorous and effective risk management processes at our Board level.
Providing advice on issues of contractual interpretation and assisting in any disputes resolution process.
Developing external relationships with Client counterparts, Client procurement and third-party personnel, as may be required.
Skills we can’t do without:
Experience in financial and IT market. Strong understanding of contracting issues, regulations and terms and conditions within the IT services
Minimum 15 years of experience in managing large and complex contracts in challenging environments or chief negotiator at large service providers
Strong business focus, solution and problem solving oriented, and ability to assess contractual topics in ways to improve contracts’ productivity
Discipline and ability to set-up, to document and to deploy contract management processes in coordination with the operational teams in a global and international environment
Strong communication skills with all level of management (external or internal) up until Cxx- and Board level
Confident and authoritative demeanor
Talented negotiator experienced in complex client scenarios with strong influencing skills
Comfort with and ability to respect and navigate differing viewpoints within complex organizations
Exceptional business judgement, superior leadership skills and solid delivery skills
Ability to work in matrixed and complex organization with multiple stakeholders and influence across company lines
Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
Deliver on commitments: be reliable, risk sensitive, agile and creative
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle a fluctuating workload and multiple priorities
Business fluent in English and German
Business travel could be required from time to time
