-You have the sales responsibility for one or more customers.
-You build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with them.
-You create and execute a strategic global account management plan for your clients.
-You strongly interact and cooperate with your global Sales colleagues to grow the business globally.
-You assure good alignment with your technical counterparts within us (customer centers, product expert groups, etc.).
-You partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives (create awareness prior to RFI whenever possible).
-You effectively communicate the Elektrobit value proposition through proposals and presentations.
-You work closely together with the product management to ensure success for existing and new products.
-You network with your global colleagues to learn from each other and to generate new business for the company.
-You prepare quote reviews and participate in complex negotiations and deal closing, based on sound market understanding.
-You are responsible for all sales activities (acquisition, development, production, post production until end of product life).
-You contribute to improvements in the sales process and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
-You have previous experience as a Sales Manager (m/f/d), or comparable experience in the automotive domain or a similarly technology focused industry.
-You have proven sales experience in meeting or exceeding targets.
-You have the ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including management.
-You have the proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
-You have the ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
-You can position products against competitors.
-You have very good listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
-You have good verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
